I want make two contracts, A would be more personaly and will become obsolete after creation and B would become law of the Czech Republic. I am open to your suggestions.
Chci vytvořit dva kontrakty, A by byl osobnějším a stal by se neaktuálním po vytvoření banky, B by se stal zákonem České republiky. Očekávám vaše rady.
Contract A
Creation of Czech National Bank
In order to create National bank, Radim, Vaclav and Red Duck will fulfill these conditions:
1. Red Duck will use 5 golds from 30 golds currently in his organisation Duckie Industries to create organisation with name Czech National Bank in 24 hours when will be this contract signed by Red Duck, Radim and Vaclav//30 golds are from Sadix when we have signed MPP with Poland
2. Red Duck will sign contract (
😎in 24 hours after creation of Czech National Bank
3. Red Duck will share password to organisation Czech National Bank with Czech Minister of finances Radim in 24 hours after creation of Czech National Bank
4. Red Duck will donate rest of golds(25) to newly created organisation Czech National Bank in 24 hours after creation of Czech National Bank
5. Vaclav will donate 122 golds to newly created organisation Czech National Bank in 24 hours after creation of Czech National Bank //60 golds are from Slovak deal and 62 are from returned golds from Korea
6. If would be all conditions fulfilled, contract will end.
Contract B
Status of Czech National Bank
Any Czech President and other entities who will share account of organisation Czech National Bank are obliged adhere status of Czech National Bank according these conditions:
1. Organisation Czech National Bank will be national bank of the Czech e-Republic
2. Organisation Czech National Bank will be administrated according Czech Constitution.
3. If Czech Republic will end existence, Organisation Czech National Bank will become organisation with purposes recreate Czech Republic.
4. Any modification of contract or signation is not allowed.
5. Contract will become valid after signation of Red Duck on behalf of Czech Republic.

Yes, we have this at our planes.
I very agree, but there should be at least one more trustfull controlling institution, probably member of another political party, which has its representation in the parliament. Just my concept 😉

I would disagree. The control will work good by our constitucion and cotract, this institucion will be only some byrocratics organ without some real power... . About controll of another members, i think, we have 3 active parties now, if some party can know something about bank working, they can ask me and i will answer all their questions... .
Slava: I think no. Now we have stable monetary situacion, we haven´t some inflacion. But if will the situacion change, we will make some steps... .
Well we dont really have to stick just to controlling the inflation and money supply. For example by conducting some expansionary monetary policy, we could support manufacturers (and thus their employees also) at the cost of relatively low inflation rate (from that every citizen would benefit), not to mention that in these times when the army is going to make some agreements with private suppliers, we just have a unique opportunity to boost economy at no cost.
Forgive my ignorance, but what will this banks purpose be?
Bank will be for more effective and more legitimate distribution. Right now, nobody cant donate Czech republic and majority of Czech money are on personal accounts. To finance our social programs or our military it will be better administrated by account than voting about donation of citizen fee to every new entity. If we would be take overed or annexed, money will be more safety there than in treasury.
