We have four days before Election Day. In this short time I hope to accomplish much, just as in one month of holding the Office of the Second Most Powerful Man in the eWorld I expect to accomplish much.
But Vice President, not President? Yes, Absolutely. Second-In-Command, not The Man.
For that job you want PigInZen, candidate on the USWP Party ticket.
He's declared that he would have as his Vice President the second highest vote-getter in the race.
I do not want that to be Zoli. You do not want that to be Zoli.
And I won't say a bad word about the young Congressmen running for President. Just stack their game and Political experience next to my game and Military experience, and decide for yourself.

Possibly most important in these few days-- an impossible task, and if I pull this off you'll know I can accomplish the impossible as your Vice President-- I have to attract the attention of a Political Party to back me as a Presidential candidate. I ask you to contact your Party leadership today, and urge them to pick me up.
Taking a page from the Presidential campaign of Sir Valaro Volcrum of Israel, I'll run an article each of these next four days to cover major topics in detail.
Today, let me introduce myself.
I joined eRepublik late March 2009, choosing the name of the most obnoxious bastard whose military career began in my own RL home state of Michigan. I started the game in Michigan but soon moved to Florida as instructed by the President.
I joined the USArmy soon as I met the minimum requirements in early May.
As a foot soldier in a 4th Division Platoon, I volunteered to cover for my vacationing CO and XO, becoming "Temp 1Lt" for two weeks.
I was then drafted to do the same at another 4th Division Platoon.
During this time I had the odd fortune of having a double-spy decide I was his trusted pen pal. I reported this to my superiors and was referred to the Director of the CIA, who assigned me to gather information and pass it along.

There, I pulled up deserving soldiers to the CO/XO positions and moved on to S-2, Intelligence and Security, after developing somewhat of a knack for rooting out multis and spies.
I got 2Lt as S-2A, normally a 1Lt position, for my extra efforts resulting in busting the double-spy-- got him fired from both the CIA and the PEACE spy network.

I got S-2 Major, Senior Officer, in recognition of my accomplishments in reviving the Unit. I then hired then-{CENSORED} Chief Rod Damon as my S-2A, then brought in more {CENSORED} operatives in order to move Rod up and me out.
S-2 Intel continues to develop programs I instituted, including coordinating all military and civilian Intel groups to a central database and also Internal Investigations to root our enemy spies.

I found myself increasingly involved in more Army management beyond my normal S-2 duties and could not dedicate the necessary focus and time to the Rangers, and resigned rather than lose the edge required of our Elite Fighting Force, the USArmy Rangers.

My duties included oversight of S-1 Roster Development and Maintenance, S-2 Intel, and I requested oversight of S-5 Public Affairs as that Unit's senior officer had abandoned his post and the Unit had gone idle.
S-1 and S-2 Units ran well enough under strong leadership that oversight there was a breeze.
I was able to resurrect S-5's Army Times newspaper with some marked success, more than tripling Subscriptions and giving several budding writers a chance to shine by introducing Guest Writers. Along the way we've published a few epic editions such as the Kyushu set, and the Education series in which we exposed and got banned a half dozen people in a single day.
Another Staff restructuring eliminated the Operations Officer position and created the two Corps Commands, and the restructuring of the S-4 Quartermaster Corps Unit, plus adding a new infantry Division. I had been lead volunteer Quartermaster and was made the USArmy 's first S-4 Quartermaster Inspector General, tasked with overhauling our in-house production and procurement systems and developing the new Division QMG Supply program.

To help get our new Division started toward self sufficiency, I gave my own Company, Custer's Q1 Siderarms-- a longstanding Military Friendly Company-- to the 25th, as well as purchasing its two orgs and two more Companies.
Overwhelmed with the duties of Quartermaster Inspector General, and having helped get our new Division up and running, I turned the 25th over to my successor. Bombonato is now a Major General, pulling double duty as Executive Officer of Army West and Commander of the 25th Division.

With the recent restructuring of the USArmy, I became one of three new Brigadier Generals in recognition for meritorious performance of my duties, 4th inline on the USArmy Chain of Command.

I continue to run S-5 Public Affairs, seeking to fill that staff and leave the Unit in good hands and on a progressive path, as well as handling Quartermaster duties for Headquarters Corps.
Now this week with our CO and XO both busy with RL, I have become Temp CO of the USArmy Headquarters Corps.

I have served under and with some of the greatest leaders in the history of our USArmy-- General Knojerakk, General NXNW, and General Hadrian X-- through the dark days of the North American invasion and occupation, the highs of the Asian Campaign, and through the recent total restructuring of the Army.
I have served as Ranking Officer of the Army on several occasions, covering for top leadership as RL takes them from their game duties from time to time.
I have been "the go to guy" for the Army, have had the ear of three Generals of the Army, and have been the strong right arm for two of them.
