Cowboy Housing Buy Backs

This will be short and sweet... but Cowboy Housing will buy back houses sold at 75% of the price paid originally. If you buy a house from Cowboy Housing, we offer a buy back program. If you want to upgrade at some point in the future, we will buy the house back from you at 75% of what it was sold for.

When I have more time, I will write out a full contract, but just thought I would go ahead and write the article. The issue is, we have no way of knowing you bought the house, so you will have to message the company and to let them know BEFORE you buy the house. At that point, arrangements will be worked out if you want to sell it back at some point in the future. If the house is bought without first exchanging messages with the company, the program will not be honored.
