Country Top Tens #10

Day 2,263, 01:14 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The Equalist

Who would have guessed this would still be going on for 10 articles and beyond? Major changes continue to the top 10 powers as countries begin to forge new alliances.

Many countries experienced triple digit changes, with Romania by far being the biggest change, losing 1,789 points and its empire status. Taiwan is out of the top ten after losing half of its points. Serbia is at risk of losing its position as the most powerful country after it experienced further loses while Poland made gains. Argentina spiked up over 600 points to become an empire. Meanwhile, the UK is making formidable gains after successes in the Scandinavian peninsula.

Relatively steady changes in population throughout. The downward trend in worldwide population continues. But Chile has made notable gains while Argentina gains more after its spike from last week. However it is unlikely it will eclipse Serbia any time soon, who is still far ahead in population despite its steady decline.
