Country budget improvement
Dear citizens,
Country presidents and congress members brought to our attention the fact that in V1 all the money taken from the countries’ budgets was considered new money by the system. In doing this, countries had to pay the 0.005 Gold fee for the budget’s revenue (from taxes or donations). The following improvements are being considered for addition in the next updates:
1. Bring back the simpler 'Issue money' feature used in beta, which allows congress members to propose a value of local currency that, if voted, will enter into the country accounts. Printing money will still have a Gold fee of: 1 local currency issued = 0.005 Gold. This Gold cost fights against puppet administrations who print huge amounts of money to destroy economies from the inside.
2. Remove the Gold fee that was paid when donating local currency to organizations. Also, when a member of congress proposes a sum of money to be donated to an organization, he/she must make sure that the country accounts still have enough money left to cover citizen fee costs for the next 500 new citizens in that country.
3. Closely related to the previous improvement, when congress members propose a new citizen fee, this value should be less than or equal to the country's budget divided by 500. Therefore, you make sure to keep your new citizens happy, as they will receive their deserved starting fee.
Important updates:
1. Every day, a citizen can receive gifts up to 10 wellness units without encountering any problems
2. New feature: You can edit the country of your newspaper from the 'edit newspaper' page
3. New feature: you can buy a market license for 5 Gold if you don't have one for the country in which your company is currently located in (helps companies situated in occupied or liberated regions)
4. Fixed a fatal error on edit company upload avatar
5. Experience points were recalculated for each citizen and now the correct value is displayed

I still get an 'error' message when changing logo on my News paper.
"This newspaper name is already used by another Citizen. Please choose another one."
Note: I'm not trying to change name - I'm trying to change logo but it gives me this message anyway.

Well, some of these changes hold no help for Thailand. Our treasuery is looted of both gold and Baht, because the faulty elections award a corrupt political party the majority of the seats (They recieved 1/3rd of the vote and gained 2/3rds of the seats). They have now broke the Thailand government and we barely have enough gold to print new money.

@Cristi Badea: How does the thing work with licenses, I cannot still buy to Finland for 5g and it is located in Finland?
Some manual to do this because it seems that there are more that cannot do it.

As GunsAndSteel reported, #3 update does not work. You're confronted with an error message, if you try to buy a license.

@ITTOO: I think that experience points were calculated on numerous occasions, because many have asked in past few day about that why their experience points have been changed.

@Maskus: in example in Finland was occupied by norway and now that it is being freed we need to get licenses to finland to be able to sell here, we had before to norway.

@La Cooperativa Andina: Well we hoped the same thing, eFinland was occupied by eNorway in march or april if I remember right, and many have formed their companies after that which made it so that companies made in eFinland regions occupied by eNorway were given licenses to eNorway.
Now that we have finally received our freedom, we hoped to get licenses to eFinland, but we need to buy those and to be easier for companies the administrators made it possible to buy licenses in to freed countries for 5g/company, if it wouldn't have been with some bug so it didn't work we would have had licenses to eFinland by today for 5g/company.

Further explanation for buying a market license in the current country of the company:
If your company is now in Eastern Finland, Finland and you have no license for Finland, you can buy one with 5 gold and it is working.

I like the proposed currency features, but please please make it easier for citizens to report to the admins corrupt country governments. eThailand's government (congressional majority and president) is terribly corrupt and bent on looting the treasury before the next election. They have already drained most of the treasury and given it to party members. We have reported this since yesterday via the Report function and in the Forum, and have heard nothing back about the breach of Rule #4 by the eThailand president.

This is so horrible... I have bought 2 new market liecenses as said in 3. New feature BEFORE it came. Its so unfair, I have lost 40 gold as others only lose 10! I bought theese on my OR, FI So. Feel free to check that I'm not lying! So Admins, please give my 30Gold! I really need them on my OR to improve Finland by hiring employeers!
I were training, got 3 or more right answers. But when i pressed "finnish" button (Or is it exit, I'm not sure) I just got an "Page not found". Of course I pressed "Try again" and it got me on homepage, not training. When i got back to training, I couln't ansver the questions, it just said 0/4 correct! Its sooo unfair! I want my strenght!! Please, fix this and give my streght!

another thing is - I asked few times via PM and have no answer - please transfer gold from party that I am president to my account. this gold is there for months and 've been waitin for v1 to have possibility to be picked. we Poles need it and it's frozen.

the gold in the party isn't supposed to be able to be taken out. this is most likely to stop people taking over dead parties just to get the money.
the money in the party is used to pay the monthly 5 gold fee. hopefully admins will get the advertising system introduced soon and possibly party gold could be used for that too.

The biggest problem right now is that workers produce a increadibly high amount of units.
I can produce in one day about 60 units of food. Just me!
You have to reduce that, becouse for companies is imposible to sell all the stuff...I mean, with 500 workers you have enough food for the whole world!!

I currently own a company in Romania, with licences to sell in Hungary and Czeh Republic. When i try to buy a Romanian licence it keeps saying the price is 20 gold.
Is it a display bug so the licence will cost just 5 gold or will it really cost 20?
