If you don't know, CoT is the alliance "Circle of Trust" founded by Bulgaria. It is a super alliance with the countries Switzerland, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and South Korea. Well, CoT had a summit the other day and I've published the full logs of this summit below.

Now you might ask yourselves "why would smee publish this if nobody cares?" well, first off its funny how Bulgaria tells other countries they should "make deals" with their enemies and that Bulgaria refuses to help them fight (but everybody should fight for Bulgaria)!

The military commander of CoT says:
