Which clearly says:
Art 12. - National bank
1. The President will be in charge of the National Bank
2. The National Bank must be located in the Czech Republic.
3. Access to the National Bank is restricted to the President and his Minister of Finances, unless extraordinary circumstances arise; the Minister of Finances must have lived in the Czech Republic for no less than a period of 2 months.
4. The President and/or the Minister of Finances are obliged to reasonably inform the people of any movement of money.
5. Any and all expenditures must be certified by a contract. (see Chapter 2, art.8/4.)
6. If any user steals any amount of money, that user will be reported to the admin, as it is explicitly prohibited by Czech law. Punishment for such an act will be a ban.
7. If a vote is initiated by Congress regarding the impeachment of the President, the transfer of the account of the National Bank will not take place until after the vote has come to a close.
8. If any user refuses to transfer the account of the National Bank to the next lawful President, unless certain extenuating circumstances arise (see 7.), the offender will be banned. (see 6.)
So FutureMillennium must give us the Password. 😘

I as creator and vice-governor of CNB dont understand what you are trying. We had meeting about CNB, who was there, should tell his opinion as well as anybody else on CNB proposal which I consulted with John_white and Red_Baxter.
I should remember there vicepresident aldameldo and some other communists - Our change of constitution was agreed by all. Nobody said anything againist it, we were cooperating until you won presidential elections.
There was also decided that best governor would be futuremillenium, vicegovernor me and proposed candidates were Korak, John White and we were little divided over third name - red_baxter/mateyto/re-niew. After many refusals Ataltos agreed.
Everything went in constitutional way. And FM sent final form
What were you doing in last months? I dont know and I dont care.

In case if anything would be deleted, I have screenshots now.
The problem is that you haven't posted it untill the 10th so it didn't work as an usual contract (Constitution is a kind of contract). Anyway the problem grow up when FutureMillennium didn't want to give us money. Anyway he said he only wants to be asked and also in case of aggression we can use them. So there is no problem.

I understood constitiution to be amended and control would be given to the governor of CNB and under an advisory panel. This was done to prevent the issue with a prior president. As a member of the panel I have not heard of any need or proposal needing approval of funds.
I agree with Korak, I have not been petitioned for any funds.
But the law clearly says you did you have to ask the governor and the governor will discuss with you. In less than 24 hours, you must report the decision. Send me a personal message FutureMillennium, I think he should already have informed you about this.
Now I am awaiting a response.
@Feffo: Do you know what contract in erepubik was when constitution was written? It was in special section in erepublik forum, where admin guaranteed written agreement between citizens/organisations - that was contract in erepublik term. When I revived, nothing has existed like it. I was asking about it and it was told me that admin not longer guarantee contracts. Thats also why we came with CNB degree. The change of constitution to make it relevant was discussed since Michal Malkovsky, I with Frank Zafka were even working on it.(should post link if Frank Zafka agrees). Contracts in form described in czech constitution are not longer possible, how will tell everyone who was there when contracts section existed.
So you think that PTOing congress gives you right to own all companies - so you do. And you also think that PTOing CP gives you right to own National bank.
Guess why those companies are called national, not governmental/presidential.

@ palas the (not so) great and vit -2. The communists won the election. Not any one else. So get over it. Let the game play out, and just give it a rest. The commie " PTOers" have every right to the bank,because through a democratic process,we won the election. I know the term sportsmanship is a difficult concept for you,but just give it a try. Maybe read Joseph Scarns article about it? Just a thought.
