Conspiracy theory or not?

For the past days I noticed some strange Brazilian reactions.

First
PP of the party Partido Democrata Brasileiro <> to check the candidates.
When NEMESIS fought for keeping that region, a whole country couldn't stop them. NEMESIS has 48 members and not all of them where online at that time.
Second
It was night in Romania, in Brazil was middle day.
Third
Instead of talking directly to NEMESIS commanders, Brazilian leaders approached Romanian leaders.
Fourth
Even after things where pretty clear, they couldn't win rounds...very fishy.
Fifth
After that, many disapproval and hate messages appeared in media and in comments, also in private messages and feeds. At that time, no Brazilian leader approached NEMESIS...still fishy.
Sixth
Brazilian army <> found more than 10 millions of damage to fight for Hungary against Romania, just to prove a point. Couldn't deal this damage in the first place, in South Africa?? They say that they were busy fighting for allies 😁)
Seventh
There are many countries who have non-native congressmen. Brazil had recently one non-native congressmen and there wasn't this big mess.
