I was asked by 3-4 guys if this were mandatory to donate. Let me make my stance clear, and congress can discuss/debate this onwards.

"Personally I've always donated; even my CP gold. Point is as I stated recently as well - we need to be clear what the purpose of donating the gold is. For eIndia's survival - we need to put all our resources at our disposal to use & every extra minute we spend, every gold we donate adds up.

Nonetheless, its not mandatory. But donating the gold, also means one is serious about the responsibility, and isn't in just for the medal. Rest is upto each person."

Also to mention, it builds our gold reserves, so like times of crisis, the handful of eIndians don't have to actually pay themselves for MPP's & such.

With efficient management, and scrupulous expenditure we can really ensure its used effectively - to support allies when they require, to defend ourselves against direct threat should the situation so arise (unlike before when we got wiped in spite of our best efforts, simply because we were out of funds).
