I took up the review this year (going to get a GOSC thing set up for it from now on)

I did one thing different this term: A review not only by Peers but by the public as well.
It was based on a 1 through 5 scale, and the total score is the average.

Peer:
Every congressmen has atleast one score of 5, and only a select few didn't have a 1 for there worst score.
Three congressmen tied for highest lowest score. DaSmoe, Mr. Hyphenated, and Cromstar all scored 3 or above on every review.

The Average was 3.15
The Highest was Sdyiot with 4.52 average.
The Lowest was Holmdeal with a 1.4 Average. Sidro was a close second with a 1.8 average.

The winner of the peer's congressional medal (best congressmen) was Max McFarland 2

Public:
Every congressmen has 1 for their lowest. A select few didn't have 5 for their highest. KoDj2 and Terry Mcdougal Isenthram both received 3 as their highest. Thraxon, Results, JayM32, and Sidro all scored 4 as their highest.

The Average was 2.99
The Highest was Sydiot with 4.19. \o/ for my old boss
The Lowest was Sidro with 1.96

The winner of the public's congressional medal was Eugene Harlot.

I will keep that to all I do of analysis for this, as there is no economics involved 😛

Also, I will point out that I may have sounded bias in some of this, and indeed I was. All the numbers are legit though
