Join the new world

When I became Head of Congress, my main goal was to get all (Or at least most) of the members of Congress on the Forums, and to make sure that they all had accounts. So, I created a sign-in post on the Forums. Luckily, most of the Congressmen signed-in, which was great. After a few days, I published an article, and messaged the few that hadn't signed-in already a warning. Here are the final results:
