Congress, take your responsibility

It is the 5th time I serve as congress member for eNorth Korea. First, I'd like to thank those who vote for me, and congratulate all who win the election.
这是我第五次当选NK议员。首先，我要感谢投票给我的选民，以及恭喜所有当选的议员。

I'm glad to see some old friends win the election, I hope our cooperation will be as good as before. And I also notice that, there're some new faces in the congress. It is hard to tell whether it's good or not. Because I hardly know them and their parties. But it is OK, if they care our country as we do.
我很高兴看到很多老朋友赢得了这次选举，希望我们能够一如既往地展开良好合作。同时我也注意到议会中新增了一些面孔。我无法确定这是否是一件好事。因为我根本不了解他们和他们的政党。不过如果他们与我们一样关心我们的国家，那就没有关系了。


I'd like to share some personal opinions on being a congress member of eNorth Korea. Hope it will be helpful to new and old congress members.
我想分享一些个人经验，希望对新老议员们有些帮助。

DO NOT WASTE YOUR PROPOSALS
不要浪费你的提案

In the past, congress member can gain lots of experience points through voting. So there were lots of daily proposals, such as tax changing,new citizen fee,minimum wage,etc.
从前，议员投票时能获得经验。于是，每天都有很多垃圾提案，比如税率更改,新人费,最低工资,等等。

But it has become history.Admin has removed the experience point of proposal voting. You won't get anything from proposal voting.
但是，这已经成为历史了。无头鸡取消了议案投票的经验。投票什么也得不到。

So, do not waste your proposals. Use them properly and wisely.
所以，请不要浪费议案。

DISCUSS FIRST
事先讨论

If you want your proposals get passed, you'd better discuss your ideas with others first. Post your ideas on newspaper is a suitable way.
如果你希望你的提案能通过，你最好先和其他议员讨论一下。在报纸上发表观点是一种不错的方式。

If you do want to change taxes,new citizen fee,minimum wage,etc, please give your reasons on newspaper, and leave some time for congress members to debate. Because congress members are from different time zones, please be a little patient.
如果你想改变税率,新人费,最低工资,等等，请在报纸上给出你的理由，并留一些时间让议员们参与到讨论中来。由于时差问题，请稍微耐心一些。

Discuss with the Country President and our President of Central Bank before you propose a proposal of issue money. Our current Country President is Dandelion Ou and our current President of Central Bank is Afanasiy Drago.
在提印钞提案之前，请先与囧统和央行行长讨论。我们的现任囧统是Dandelion Ou，现任央行行长是Afanasiy Drago。

NO NATURAL ENEMY AND NO PRESIDENT IMPEACHMENT
不要设置国家宿敌，不要弹劾囧统

We're a small country. We only get one MPP ally currently. I don't think it wise to involve into wars. If you do really think it is necessary to set a natural enemy, please discuss with Country President and other congress members first.
我们的国家尚且弱小，目前只有一个MPP，我不认为这种状态下被卷入战争是明智之举。如果你真的觉得有必要设置一个国家宿敌，请先与囧统和其他议员们讨论过再说。

I've seen some tragedies caused by president impeachment in other countries. I don't want to see these tragedies happen again here. If not a last resort, do not impeach the president.
我见过一些发生在其他国家的因弹劾囧统而引发的杯具，我不希望在我们国家再见到这些悲剧。若非万不得已，不要弹劾囧统。

DONATE NATIONAL BANK REGULARLY
捐赠央行

However, there's one case you do not need to discuss first.A donation to our national bank is always welcome. In fact, it has become a defualt task for almost every congress member in the past.
不过，有一种情况你可以不需要与大家进行事先讨论。捐赠央行这事儿一直是很受欢迎的。事实上，这已经成了大部分议员的默认任务了。

Please remember, the name of our national bank is North Korean Reserve Bank, do not get it wrong.
请记住，央行的名称是North Korean Reserve Bank，不要搞错了。

APPROVE CITIZENSHIP CAREFULLY
谨慎审批国籍

You may have known that the number of citizenship a congress member can provide is quite limit, and you may have noticed that eNorth Korea is in a danger of PTO. It is very risky to provide new citizenship to a citizen you hardly know at this very moment.
你可能已经知道了，一个议员能审批的国籍数并不多，你可能也注意到了，NK正面临PTO的威胁。在这种非常时刻，通过一个你不认识的人的国籍申请，是很危险的。

STAY, WORK, FIGHT AND CONSUME
留下，工作，战斗，消费

Well, it is not necessary for every congress member, it's only an option.In the past, congress member cannot go abroad, but the restrict has been removed. But I think it is good to stay in the country. If we work here, fight here, and consume food and weapons here, we can bring lots of taxes income to our country.
这并不是对每位议员都必须的，这只是个可选项。以前，议员是不能出国的，不过这个限制已经取消。可是我认为，议员如能留在国内的话就好了。如果我们在这里工作、战斗、消费食品和武器，我们能为国家带来不少税收收入。
