Congress please use the forum!

There is currently a proposal on the forum for a plan to address the unresolved question of how to accept citizenship applications. I am hoping that you will make a vote of "Yes" or, otherwise, if you feel it is necessary, explain a different plan. But "Yes" is good... we need to get this done!
The vote is taking place here on the forum and I urgently suggest you post, not just use the poll feature. All congress members need to check the forum daily. Since it is a 72 hour discussion and vote, I would not consider it a good excuse that you had overlooked it.
Vote for this article so that maybe some of these lazier congress members will at least see the press item. And, please, let's have a policy we can work with. 🙂
While I have your attention, many of the proposals made by congress members in the past few days have been essentially "illegal" in that they haven't been proposed first for debate in the forum. One of them (the raise on the Weapons tax) was proposed but has not passed even though it seemed to have a balance of support on the forum. I blame all these issues on congress not all being on the forum and using it as intended. Congress need to sign up, and all laws (excepting some routine monetary operations and presidential proposals) need to be discussed and voted upon there before being brought to motion here on the site.

I think that in order to be allowed to run the congressmen-hopefuls need to sign up first in order to be accepted by the PP's.
That's based off my (tiny) knowledge on how that system works.
voted, because I believe that people waiting for eGreece citizenship should know more about how long it will get. Also some months ego eGreece had only a few hundreds citizens that and immigration of only a few would be very dangerous. Now the population is increased much and there is no same danger. Having a little immigration now is not the same danger and will not change the eGreek population much.
The main change I would make to the plan is that the exact rules (number of days of waiting etc) should not be that constant but easily changed by the ministry of immigration. With that change I would like the plan to be voted.
While I could see little harm in having the Ministry of Immigration being allowed discretion... e.g., +/- 15 days discretion...
What is the need that this power serves?
