Join the new world

I would like to announce to the South East that I will be standing as a congressman in the next election. In this manifesto I hope to convince you to give me your valuable vote in what I am sure will be a hotly contested race with many great candidates. The following are the reasons why you should vote for me:

Experience
I have been around for quite a long time, and although I took a break from the political side of Erepublik for a while, I came back into the forums a few weeks ago fresh and invigorated, and ready to get back into the game! Back when the game was in the Beta stage, I was a member of congress for Wales, and as I’m sure many people will tell you I was a valuable contributor to many discussions and proposals. But let’s not dwell upon what I have done; let’s look into the future at what I want to do to make this wonderful region a better place for all the citizens.

My Plans for the South East
• I want to involve the citizens of this region more in the regional council. Although I feel the current congressman have done a great job in setting up the regional council in the first place, I want to see more and more people involved in the running of the region, and more and more citizens implementing plans that they want. I say more power to the people!
• I will get more people involved with the running of the clinic, in order to ensure that it runs smoothly and that everyone gets the wellness that they deserve. I would have a team of two or three volunteers who would help the NHS director gift the citizens of the region. This would mean the NHS director could spend more time concentrating on the financial side of the clinic, and everything would get done much more quickly and efficiently.
• I want to start a Housing Scheme to run alongside the NHS gifting scheme in the region. The most active members with the lowest wellness would get temporary housing in order to get their wellness up even faster, meaning they could work more effectively.
• I want to help gift businesses to keep lower prices, in order for the NHS clinic to run easily, and to gift the citizens more regularly. Although this is being proposed (at the time of print) nationally, I feel that all congressmen should get involved and help the businesses in their region, to manage the issue on a more microeconomic level.

So in Conclusion
• I’m an experienced candidate and committed to the future of this region.
• More citizen involvement
• Housing scheme for active citizens
• Help keep gift prices down
