If giving free stuff on your newspaper is paying for votes a lot of people do this. Could we please stop pointing the finger to everyone. Giving away stuff should be seen as a good thing. Their is no way that this has anything to do with paying for votes. Bying a vote is paying someone after he votes, not just giving free stuff to whoever reacts on your newspaper..

Yes, let`s just be blind about it...Nobody say that he pays 4 votes but , by writing an article and saying that he`s gonna run for congress and also saying , in the same article, the same sentence, that he`s gonna make more giveaway ..than my friend, he`s not buying votes directly but he influence the act of voting. Don`t have to be a genius to understand how it`s working this kind of giveaway. And by the way, he only states that he`s gonna do good for Belgium...Yes, we all want world peace and that...but pls, not here. Here I need a little bit more information about what you gonna do as a congressman.
think you are right, he could mean "once a congressman ...." but the way he is saying it now and if we see he is using the same words in his earlier article than he is buying votes.
To promote yourself the people want some sort of program of what you want to do or change, as congressman

i will do my best dude... i im ready for everything about eBelgium... and i will care for every mistake or missing to eBelgium i will gonna fix it , whatever its need i will do ... and i know that im runing for congress but i don't haved the questions to answer it...
