hi, this is a summary of my proposal.


Economy

===I planning on giving current companies 45 SGD for their effort done here.Note if a ORG has 2 or more companies,it will only take 45 SGD.This is only repaying their effort done.

Reasons: our market is small, and those companies are employing our citizen ,with less market to sell their products.They did not find their profits losing and fire their employees.Note that our RW companies are suffering, as some manuf companies bring their own raw here.


===I planning on reducing the citizen fees to maybe 30 or 25. it depend on congress debate.But citizen fees MUST be lower.

Reasons; check our citizens ranking and see those exp of our citizen. We got TONS of exp 0 citizens here. On top of that , many are been banned. We are like wasting our money to those muti.
check our treasury. it is like 90k SGD before, it get lower but wasted.


===If you are thinking that citizens might having hard times here or make others do not come here because of the citizen fees lowed. I has suggested a ''welcome plan''. If the citizen are active and not muti, it can contect the govt and get a ''welcome plan'' on top of its citizen fees.

Reasons:This ensure that our money are giving to those wanting to play and not a muti acc.So we dun spend money on banned acc.


===I am planning on gearing eSingapore to a exporting countries.So the taxes will change to that.Income tax on food sure will be lower.


===We have been discuss( me and arbryn) that maybe a q1 govt companies will be good ( manu skills). This is act as a training skills school for our future citizens.It will only employ skills 0 citizens,

Reasons: i have notice that the past few days, no companies are employing skill 0 citizen for manu skills. So i am thinking, if we want to be a export countries , we must have our future citizen gearing their skills towards that.


Military

I think that some others have say it well.... about the buying of Q5 hospitial and Q5 defend sys. I think that we some plan the burget and total cost than we discuss.i think that hospital is more useful than def sys.
