Congress Election Night: We Have the Tools for Change, But Will We Use Them?

Day 1,405, 11:57 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Willard Mitt Romney

Today we see the latest run of the congressional elections in the United Kingdom, and we're all on tenterhooks in anticipation of the result. Will the Reform Party pull-off a winning result or will we see the Unity Party swoop to control in congress or maybe even see Every Single One gain a major footing in the workings of government? Nobody knows, but if Scotland is anything to go by, it seems TUP could prove successful despite the party's latest shortcomings. In Scotland, we've seen newcomer, Angela Williams swoop to the top of the rankings for congressman... so it proves anything can happen.

But, even if anything does happen, those that win have a tall order. Britain's in a mess and we cannot deny it. We need a combination of reform and ambition which is sadly lacking in our politicians. Whatever happened to the plucky Britain, that small damp island in the North Atlantic that stamped down on the might of the Nazi war machine, or the Armada, or the Hun? We need to work together, regain our heritage, as only when we have learned the mistakes and lessons of the past, may we advance to a glorious future. A future fit for all under British domination. Britain has the tools, but can we really finish the job anymore?

We will see, by the next election, will we have reclaimed all our lost territory and control a far-reaching Empire or will we have succumbed to the problems we're in, a new Winter of Discontent? Time will tell, but one thing's for sure, if Angela can pull it off, so can I. Look out Wales, there's a new politician coming for the next elections!
