Hello Belgium !

Here we are again today to present the latest developments in our small little country, the land of our hearts. A few things have changed the last days, some elements in our home politics, some in Europe with a direct impact on our future. Let’s take a look today !

1. Germany



First things First : GERMANY IS BACK ! Congratulations to them, we now can see that Europe is coming back in its actual state. We can believe that this is only the first move than PHOENIX set towards the end of the war. Two of the most important regions of Germany have been conquered back. As you can see, Bavaria and Saarland are german again. But why are they so important? Saarland was one of the most populated regions in Germany before the war, even today it counts more than 780 habitants and I believe a lot will move back during the coming days. Bavaria is as important, it is the high grain region for Germany and more than 50% of all german Businesses can be found in this region.

With this victory, we are in right to believe that a bright future is awaiting Germany. Some state that 40% of all polish babies have now under 40 wellness, this is a great news for us. If the number of Polish babies shrinks, this will decrease the Polish power and may allow us to get rid of their dominance. Today Belgium remains under a constant Polish threat, with at the same time the threat of a PTO. This first victories will relieve the pressure as Poland will have more interesting things to do that take care of our beloved country !

This first victory is also a good sign towards all PHOENIX supporters. A lot of RW’s where launched at the same time and a lot of PHOENIX fighters where online this morning to help win 2 of this RW’s. More could have been won if the damage had been spread a little, (both walls where at -180k) .



2 – UK advantage

We now can state that the future is also looking bright for the eUK. eUK got the initiative against Sweden and has launched a battle, Sweden is on his own against the 13 !! eUK MPP’s. http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/show/8827. It is clear that this battle will be won, especially with Poland now occupied in Germany.

There is also no threat coming from Spain at the moment. Spain is occupied with France and if they invaded the eUK, the eUK would be able to attack there french held regions and return them to france.

Canada is still a threat, but if Canada attacks it would have no support from any of his Allies. Alone against the whole UK and MPP’s isn’t a good look for them.

Norway and USA aren’t a real threat either due to the same risk of activating all of the MPP’s and have to fight on their own.

3 – Congress elections

A – The Belgian Neutrality Party

As promised I am going to keep you informed about what happened today ! A new party was created by the Croatian military, those we all suspected from wanting to PTO us. We still don’t exactly know there intentions, but the future is looking better than ever before. I quote :

“How can you be sure we aren't TO-ing ? It's simple. We won't candidate more then 10 people so we don't get the majority”

This quote is taken from the newspaper of lukamarco. This is a clear sign of cooperation, apparently they are willing to build a good Belgium. Having them in congress isn’t bad, but is this what we want? Do we want to share power or do we want a 100% Belgian country?

This is an essential questions that I will leave up to you to answer, but be aware that all persons that are fully invested in the Belgian politics with no other possible motive (like defending its own country by, eventually, using Belgium to block eUK like the Group wanted) is considered by me as a 100% Belgian. A lot of our friends and opponents of the National Democratic Front are non-Belgians, but they are willing to help Belgium and don’t (seem to) have any other ideas in mind.

So let’s hope for the best !

B – The congress lists

For a long while there had been talks between the National Democratic Front and the “Belgium for Belgians” party. Both sides wanted to present a common list under one single party in order to prevent lost votes and ensure a good congress composition.

I have to herby announce that this will not happen. I was myself in favor, but I am not the party presidents, I am only one of you watching what is going on in our country and tries to help the best I can to make a good and health Belgium.

Both parties will in the close future present lists with their candidates, I am just going to present to you all the candidates that have already published a manifesto the last few days. A link to their manifesto is included so that you can check them out if you want to !

BE AWARE that this may not be the final list, that names may change or not selected by the PP. I am not here to present to you the official lists, those will be linked in another article.
