eIrish Army Fundraiser

Thanks to all who contributed to the appeal made in the most recent Irish Community article. The target of 100Gold was reached within 24 hours of the fundraiser being announced. This money will go towards upgrading MoD companies to improve the quality of material support to our fighters.


eIrish Community Fund

einberliner, the greatest ever Minister of Community, according to almost everybody (thanks, Mammy), is dealing with Admin with a view to gaining access to the relevant Org. Once this Org has been secured, I will seek a timely decision on how the fund is to be allocated, using the process suggested by Kavrocks (quite some time ago it has to be said) in the Public Dail.


eIrish Lottery

The eIrish Lottery jackpot stands at 300iep and counting. The next draw will take place on Wednesday, January 19th. The closing date for entries is 0000hrs on Day 1156. See the previous Irish Community article for details on how to play. Many thanks to Dubhthaigh, who made a generous donation of 150iep towards the Lottery jackpot.


eIreland Community Awards

This has proved to be a popular event again this month with a steady stream of nominations. Please keep them coming and do not be complacent. Check the previous Irish Community article for the format. You have until Day 1156 to have your say.


eAnagrams

Last month I gave you ten anagrams, based on the names of well known eIrelanders, to solve. Apparently, they were devilishly hard to crack and generated a lot of hate mail for The Irish Community, so I’m going to be gentle this month and only give you half as many. Same idea, five well known eIrelanders, please. Plenty of goodies in the inventory for the winners.
