Common Ground

Day 2,010, 07:12 Published in Canada Poland by TheSmoke

Well the Military Unit Tournament has come to an end, with many great battles and campaigns under our belt. What had happened in Canada was not something exceptional, as many other countries grouped their MU's into more unified force's as well. Although we may not have made it to the top 50 either, we did two important things none the less. We organized a very large group of people in a short amount of time, which was not the easiest, but still accomplished to a satisfactory degree. We were also able to put aside ego's and positions for a potential benefit to our motherland, a very noble and patriotic notion.

Lastly we had fun while doing it. Canadians fighting along side one another for the first time, or first time since their early days. We showed a United Aggression towards Spain, that we are a fighting force not willing to give up. I know Canada may not be well respected for our politics, I say who really cares, its our own sh*t and we will deal with it. Where we are respected, and where is matters is the battlefield. We are not a huge populated nation, but we give a fight as if we were much bigger. This tournament has helped showcase that, and we will continue to solidify our fierce reputation.

I must give a big thanks to all Canadians from all Military Units for their effort in this tournament. We gave it the old college try, and showed the world our beavers teeth! Way to go Addy Lawrence, SGTRock and Ralph Kline for the top 3 positions, true patriots indeed!
