Tommorow the former CHAOS will become COBRA Organization, a brotherhood formed with the intent to end the ongoing political purges of the Jacobi regime and bring stability and legitimacy to the Canadian government. (We will also sell arms to the third world, enrich ourselves through various nefarious schemes, and fight a never ending battle against the forces of G.I. Joe). Expect a full COBRA manifesto soon.
Recruitment to the cause will begin tommorow, so prepare your resumes and 8x10 head shots.
