Your response to the rise of COBRA has been overwhelming. The COBRA Organization has been inendated with new recruits pledging their complete and total loyalty to the cause and its fearless leader. We have recieved almost two dozen applications for the Crimson Guard since yesterday. Today I am proud to announce that thanks to our ongoing efforts COBRA has managed to infilitrate all three levels of the Canadian government, the Executive Branch, the Congress, and the Supreme Court, as well as the upper echelons of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Though it is expected that a percentage of our new recruits will be agents of the government sent to penetrate our ranks and destroy us, it is only a matter of time before we will unmask and eliminate these devils.
