Clock is back one hour again???

25th of October the world changed from Daylight Saving Time by moving the hour hand forward one hour. However, eRepublik time stayed the same, thus lagging behind the real time. That was weird but I was able to cope with it.

Now, after the clock was missing for some time, it's back in place, but again one hour back. Is that supposed to change randomly without notice? Or maybe the new day boundary moved to satisfy interests of some country?
