It is said that the great lord Dio himself introduced his faith to our lands, approaching its great and noble leadership in a dream. He called on them in words that, to our plebeian ears, could not be understood. Dioism has always been a great part of eJapanese society. It is the vein of green in the finest sakura wood. It is the sand you pick out of your gunkanmaki. It is the pride you feel whenever you look at the flag of the rising sun, and see Him screaming “Za Warudo” to the sky in the midst of the sun disc. Though his first priests, like great GLaDOS, have long left these humble isles, the great Dio himself never left. He is here, and manifest again in Vento Aureo Nippon.

True believers, I call upon you to aid us in your cause. Rebuilding eJapan is our goal, and the most important part of this is you. You are our greatest friends, our brothers and sisters, and to help us flourish directly leads to your prosperity, too. We have founded a party, which the great Akki himself has joined. We have founded a military unit, which while young promises to sweep away the filth occupying eJapan’s isles. Aye, we have done much in our short time here, and it would be impossible without your support.
