Clarifications on my candidacy for CP

Hi eBelgians,

I come to you to clarify certain points. After much thought and many discussions with those involved.

1 - I would like to highlight the IRC Raid Civilian abandoned last month. I wish he could take place at least once a week.

2 - After discussion with Don Matteo, it will be possible to use a system that would allow a more intelligent use of strikes from each of our citizens. We could use in case of major battles. On this point, once operational at 100%, a tutorial will be published so that each eBelgian can understand how it works and apply it without difficulty.

3 - A working group of volunteers will be established to consider the constitution and its possible revision. A call will be made for voluntary and every citizen can participate.

4 - The Government's communication will be improved significantly with the introduction of a Ministry of Communications who will publish articles at least weekly.

5 - Regarding our position on our neutrality, we will sign 4 MPP's with ONE and 4 with EDEN / TERRA and several neutral countries who helped us during our war. We will help them liberate their country. Our ambassadors abroad will have an important role to play.
