Citizen Fee

I would be very hesitant to decrease the citizen fee, while our economy is struggleing to produce skill 0 jobs. Our goal needs to be to help new players survive the first several days, not to kill them. I noticed the recent law did not bother to provide a place to debate it, so here it is.

While it certainly won't hurt to debate about it (btw: I'm against decreasing it. ATS is not really worth much for the government right now, so we really won't miss the money. It provides valuable help for the beginners and would technically allow them to start in something else than q1 companies - just like I did back then), I think it should be quite clear what to vote on this proposal:
No debate area? Two laws at the same time by a congressman without providing information? I must assume they're just bogus proposals to rake in some XP before the elections. Wasn't there some general consensus to vote no on laws without debate area? Well... looking at the votes cast, I'm not so sure about it anymore...
I already told Rangeley we need weapons and we have a q1 weapons company the goverment shoud start prepering weapons reserves in case of emergency.
So we would have weapons and q0 jobs.
P.S. Still waiting that he does soemthing to fix economy and stuff.
P.S. I think the point of this was not to pass it is the last day before the elections its normal that people post stupid shit for exp
