Voici la première partie de 3 qui décrira exactement ce que je compte faire pour les service sociaux dans ce pays durant le prochain mois.

Éducation

La rétention, la rétention et encore de la RÉTENTION! Dans mes objectif, je planifie un Baby boom, ce qui est toutefois parfaitement inutiles si nous ne retenons pas nos joueurs.

Il faut être sur que durant les mois à venir, les nouveaux dispose des ressources et de l'éducation afin de pouvoir adéquatement progresser dans le jeu. De plus un joueur éduqué produira plus d'unités et fera probablement plus de dégats qu'un autre. Pour ce faire, le ministère de l'éducation devra assurément être attentif afin de fournir tout les renseignement et produire les bonne campagnes ciblé pour les nouveau joueur.

De plus Il y aura une rééducation complète à faire avec les citoyens jeunes et aguéris lorsque les module de la V2 seront implanté. Par exemple je compte bien avoir des analyse complète sur les nouvelles industrie à la disposition des citoyens afin de ne pas faire d'erreur couteuse, comme par exemple, Investir dans le Fer. Ceci évitera de gaspiller l'or qui est devenu de plus en plus rare avec l'implantation du module d'entrainement.



Santé

Selon moi, Il est très important que chaque citoyen comprenne l'enjeu de vivre dans une région disposant d'un hopital Q5. Je vais d'ailleur reboubler d'ardeur afin de promouvoir ces régions et ainsi améliorer le bien-être des citoyens n'ayant pas accès à ces infrastructures. Toutefois j'aimerais également soulignés que je ne compte pas déployer de nouvelles infrastructure payé par les citoyens à moins de raison extraordinaire avant la sortie du module V2.

Présentement, nous ne disposont que de peu d'information quand aux effets des nouvelles modifications. Lorsque plus de détails seront disponible, je vais travailler avec mon ministre de la santé afin de m'assurer que le plus de canadiens auront accès à des infrastructure, et il n'est pas exclu que nous envisageions de maximiser le champs d'effet de certains hopitaux afin de favoriser la couverture. Toutefois ils est absolument certain que je compte garder au moins une région avec efficacité maximale afin de pouvoir maximiser les performance des CAF et des citoyens préocupé par leurs niveau de dommages.

Je compte aussi continuez les programmes de santé avec les cadeaux aussi longtemps que possible, puisque dans la V2 nous n'en auront plus. Par contre, il sera étudier si nous ne pouvons pas augmenter la santé par d'autre méthodes.

Langues officielles

Je crois fermement que l'anglais et le français peuvent et devrait coexister dans ce pays. C'est d'ailleur l'une des forces des Canadiens. Et je crois que ceux qui ne savent pas les maitriser toute deux manque aux change, et je ne parle pas ici seulement des anglophone, car les francophones qui ne parlent pas anglais sont eux aussi pénalisé par ceci et je leur souhaite de découvrir cette culture. Toutefois mon but étant de respecter les deux cultures de notre beau pays, je m'engage à toujours fournir mes addresse présidentielles dans les deux langues afin de m'assurer que tout le monde pourra parfaitement comprendre mes intentions. Je me réserve par contre le privilège de parler dans une langue unique lorsque je vais m'addresser à une groupe particulié qui ne comprend qu'une seule langue (ce qui sera très rare) mais exception faites, il devrait y en avoir très peu.

Je vais également fortement encourager mes ministres à faire de même, et s'il n'en sont pas capable, de recourir aussi souvent que possible à l'office francophone afin de fournir des articles de qualité à la population tant anglophone que francophone.

Baby Boom!

Je compte générer une véritable baby boom cette fois. Mes intentions sont de 15% pour ce mandat-ci. Je vais mettre sur pied un commité qui aura pour but de mettre en commun toute les ressources IRL de sites web, contact, visibilités que nous pourrions avoir. De plus je compte utilisé des sites comme digg qui pourrait nous offrir de la visibilité gratuite, dans ce cas, nous pourrions non seulement avoir beaucoup de succès, mais également, nous aurons l'occassions de remplir les coffres avec les liens de référence. J'ai d'autre idée mais je vais les garder pour après les présidentielles, faudrait quand même pas tout donné quand même!

Immigration.

Il sera très important d'encadrer les nouveau arrivant, plus particulièrement ceux qui recoivent une nouvelle citoyenneté, comme il serait peut-être difficile pour eux d'avoir accès à nos forum et autre ressources. Également l'immigration sera responsable de divers programmes, comme la promotions du Canada comme un endroit acceuillant à travers le monde et des bourses pour nouveau citoyen erepublikien.

Here is the first part of 3 that will tell you exactly what I intend to do with the social service during my term.

Education

Retention, retention and RETENTION! I am planning a babyboom and if we intend on making it work, we'll need to make sure we are fully commited to keeping those citizen alive, otherwise it will all have been futile.

We must make sure that in the coming months, those new citizen will have the ressource to become better citizen. Furthermore and educated will produce more unit and be generally doing more damage for our nation. To this effect, the Minister of Education will need to remain aware of the new citizen each day to carefull target newer citizen whenever they will arrive in mass.

We will also need to completely remake the education of the older citizen in v2. To this problem I intend to produce detail report and recommendation to make sure that new businessman won't invest in useless area like right now, the Iron industry, This will have for effect to save a lot of gold that could be use elsewhere after.



Healthcare

I think that it's very important that every citizen understand the impact of living in a q5 region, I won't control them, but making an informed choice is my goal. I do intend to promote q5 region in order to fully reach our potential both on the level of the Nation and individually for each citizen. I can also tell you that I won't deploy any infrastructure before the next module change as it would be irresponsible without knowing the true implication of each hospital. If there is a really valid reason to reconsider my position, I will do so as I'm not a man without compromise.

Right now we have very limited information regarding the new hospital modification. When we will have more detail, I will work with my minister of Health to ensure that we have the most appropriate infrastructure in place. It's not to be excluded that we will maximise the area of effect on some hospital to increase the number of Canadian covered by these hospital. However I will at least boost an hospital to it's full effect in term of dmg possibility to maximise the dmg done by the CAF and the other citizen concerned about maximising their dmg.

I also intend on keeping operation the wellness program with gift for as long as I will be able since V2 won't allow gift. But it will be interesting to know if there isnt any other solution that we will be able to use to cover this side.

Official Language

I strongly believe that English and French can and should coexist in this country. It's what I see as a great strenght of Canadians. I feel that those who do not share both are missing on the fun, but that's another story. This is my view on the matter and I feel that both side should look to mastering more the other language, however that's just a personnal point of view, and no one should do it if he doesnt want it. However, on my part, as the Prime Minister I think it's my responsability to provide service in both official language in respect with our Canadian values and cultures. So I will always print my presidential address to the nation in both language. But sometimes I might skip on that for personnal article that are addressed to a specific group who only speak one of them, I think this will be a small minority of my articles however...

I will also strongly suggest to my minister that they try to do the same. And if they can't that they use the Officie francophone for both English to French or vice-versa to help them in this task.

Baby Boom!

I'm going to try and generate a real Baby boom this month, and my target is 15%. I will form a comitee wich sole purpose will be to organise it and gather ressource about community, web sites, RL contact, etc. We will also use web site like Diggs and other free advertising site to launch it properly, beside we have the man power to vote article. A Baby boom obtained throught referal will also not only guarantee us more population, but we could use it as a way to properly stock up gold with the 5 gold received from them reaching lvl 6. I have other tricks in my bag, but I'll be keeping those for when I get elected, or give them to the winner...😉

Immigration.

It will be vital to help the newcomers by giving them the ressource they need, like our forum and other community information. I know it might be hard even for veteran to properly establish themself here if they don't know the way around. The immigration will also need to take care of diverse program like the promotion of Canada as a good place to live in Various neutral ecountry and the package for the new erepublikian citizen.
