Introduction

Chubby Bum Holdings (CBH) is an e-international investment firm that offers several investment products to its clients. Among them include Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GIC’s), a managed Mutual Fund, and mortgages. CBH also offers several financial services to its clients. These services include personal financial planning and consultation, business planning and consultation, and our unique E-fficiency© service.


Company Executives

Chubby Bum Holdings is a privately held but publically traded company, offering no more than 49% of its shares to private investors. Our current President and CEO is Maxxamo; a successful e-business entrepreneur with several years experience dealing in virtual financial economies. He’s managed companies within eRepublik of all quality levels and in all industries. He is a proud Canadian both in his real and virtual life, and he believes the lucrative virtual economies can be exceptional investment opportunities because of their volatility and minimal risk.


Company Structure

All operations within CBH require approval by the CEO, and under no circumstances will monies be used for any other purpose than for the product or service purchased by CBH clients. CBH reserves the right to withhold investment strategies to non-clients and the general public, but will always announce acquisitions and major selloffs to its investors privately.
CBH also reserves the right to departmentalize its operations and appoint a Director to oversee it, in accordance with CBH investment strategies. All talent acquisitions including new hires or Board of Directors’ appointments will be published publically through the CBH Prospectus & News portal.

CBH currently maintains a portfolio of three investment products. Guaranteed Investment Certificates
GIC’s are our most popular product, due to their guaranteed returns. Investors with no interest in risk or volatility and who are simply looking to see capital gains on their investment should consider GIC’s as an integral part of their portfolio. We guarantee these yields on all GICs; but the actual rate is usually higher. Rates are determined weekly based on market fluctuations.

* The ‘Base Interest Rate’ is the minimum interest rate on your investment that CBH will offer. Most GIC’s will fluctuate upwards from 0.01 to 1.00% depending on the market at the time of offering. Please consult the weekly investors’ newsletter for exact rates.

All of our GIC products are fixed-terms. You may request your funds earlier than your maturity date at any time, but reissuance of your monies may be delayed up to 72 hours. Your interest accrued will be pro-rated and rounded down to the nearest week, and you will incur a 5% or 10 gold (whichever is less) fee for early withdrawal.

Of all the CBH product offerings, our Managed Mutual Fund is by far the best investment for your diverse portfolio. We stringently seek out the best companies, best investors, and best opportunities for investments. CBH Mortgages

Everyone enjoys purchasing a new home in eRepublik. A home helps increase your wellness, which in return increases your productivity, wage, and ability to fight. CHB Mortgages are an easy way for you to get your dream home today, so you can maximize your gains tomorrow. Our lost-cost mortgages ensure you get the most out of your loan and are not bogged down for eternity with repayment terms.
CBH Mortgages can be fixed term loans for up to 90 days. We require a simple 10% down payment on the purchase price of your home, and we offer a very competitive 0.71% interest rate per day. We do not compound your loan, so the interest will always be calculated only on the principal of your mortgage. There are no minimum daily, weekly, or monthly payments. You’re free to pay the loan back whenever you desire within your amortization period. Do note that your interest accrued on the loan will be billed separately to you once the loan has been repaid in full. All of our mortgage rates are flexible and we encourage you to negotiate with us accordingly. Priority clients, or those with an already established account with us in excess of 15 gold will have lower mortgage rates than the posted rate.

Our Services

Financial Consulting
This service is primarily for private citizens with an interest in a) understanding the eRepublik economies, and b) devising a plan to maximize your financial investments and opportunities within the eWorld. This service is free for citizens who invest at least 25 gold with any of the CBH products, or is otherwise priced at 2.50 gold for a full consultation. This service is of exceptional value for new citizens or new business owners that want to figure out the most optimal way to realize their financial goals in eRepublik. Communication for Financial Consulting can be conducted through Ventrilo, MSN Messenger, AIM Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, IRC, or through private messaging in eRepublik. Business Planning & Consultation
This service is of particular value to new business owners or existing business owners trying to maximize their profit. For new business owners, we’ll sit down and analyze the current eRepublik markets and determine which market, and in which region your business would flourish in the best. For existing business owners, we’ll analyze your current market and business specifics to determine future success. In both scenarios, we’ll establish your business goals first and then establish a means to those ends. Each consultation is private and confidential. Your advice and strategy will differ from other clients’ depending on your market and goals. This service is free for any client with at least 100 gold invested in any CBH product, or is otherwise priced at 5.00 gold for a full consultation.

E-fficiency©
This is CBH’s flagship service. E-fficiency© analyzes your entire eRepublik account and designs a 30-day plan to reach your goals. We take the guesswork out of finding the best employment, acquiring a home, starting a business, or fighting your way to heroism. We take your goals, and actualize them with your current eRepublik account. We essentially give you a guide book on the best thing to do at any particular time in your 90-day assessment period. This service is of exceptional value for new citizens who want to get a head start on their character development. CBH offers two different payment options for this service. Clients can choose to buy units of 30-day blocks, or can choose to pay a monthly subscription for on-going uninterrupted advice. Our pricing model is as follows:
