That's what they should change the "I Voted" stickers to. That's all anyone wants the "I voted" stickers for, so they have proof for their friends that they voted. They probably throw away the receipt card they get that is their legal proof that they voted. The receipt card is the thing they need to track their ballot to see if it was actually counted. But no, to everyone being able to tell everyone they voted is more important than if the vote was actually counted. I guess in America people take it for granted that their vote will always be counted. There's no more hanging chads to hold up a ballot forever. But people would be surprised how many times they can mess up making a simple black dot.
