I only started shortly with this series(my time as Secretary of Media & FUN not counting).

For this year i will not count Gov.newspapers for the "Newspaper of the Year" award.

I totally understand it so it is not a form of criticism, it is just that gov articles takes also time to make and when putting time in it, it would be nice to be able to compete in this with eBe's finest newspapers 🙂
