It's that time again when we Senators look back on the last month and consider another run. This month has been very productive. We've passed the new budget, changed the tax rates to compensate for the stolen treasury funds, and have trimmed down government spending. This term has been primarily about economic issues, which is the main duty of Congress.

I will be keeping my campaign for re-election light this month. When you go to the polls in five days, choose a candidate based on merit rather than party or popularity. Look at each candidate and see what they have done to help Australia in their time here. If they are a returning Senator, look at their voting record and compare it with your own values. Vote for the candidate best suited for the job.
