Tis I, CptChazbeard, mistress to the stars, dream weaver, mother of dragons and potential UKRP President.

Though my todger in real life resembles an ear bud my ePenis is the length of a f*cking Burmese python.

I'm a multi-term congressman, 7x MoD, current Prime Minister (?) and – with the backing of UKRP among others – a 3 time country president.

I've done a few other things in my time however I have never taken the reigns of a top 5 party. WookieO has done it a few times so I figure it can't be that hard.

I've presided over the P.C.A.S.P.S. (Phil Collins Appretiation Society Party Society) and The Skatalites, our biggest claim to fame being winning the CP election against the old guard despite being a tiny party in comparison.
I can't remember exactly who we ran but I'm sure he went on to a bigger party to curse them with his presence.



Anyway yeah, here's a manifesto of sorts."



Country President
We're the biggest party and have a wealth of experience and a smattering of talent amongst our ranks. With the biggest player pool I see no reason we shouldn't run our own candidate and hell I'll even put myself forward if no-one else steps up.

If there are a number of viable candidates then we'll put it to an in-house vote.

Mongress
Again with the biggest player pool we should field a strong and active congress. If any of you can think back far enough I used to have a 'Chazzy Points' system which I will reinstate to chose a congress list. Personally I will publish a congress article and encourage others to do so also, they will be worth Chazzy Points.

With changes to the game, i.e. more transparency in country income, as a party I feel we should have an agenda when it comes to congress which will be discussed in party mails.



I was saddened to see us side with TUP in the last election but one. Not because the candidate was repulsive but it was indicitive of the apathy that is throttling the player base throughout the game. Geopolitically the game is appalling right now, the powers that be across the board seemingly waiting for death rather than doing anything about it. When the message to new players is “This game is boring, I'm boring, you'll be bored” what hope is there?

There have been a number of changes to the game, some unfinished, that are somewhat interesting and give me hope, indeed personally I feel that game is actually better than it was a couple of years ago. If our approach to the game were to change then the game will change. Many of us bemoan the lack of media...yet very few of us bother to do anything about that gaping void.

The alliances sit stagnant with uneasy truces cuckolding many nations. The eUK has recently signed a peace deal which effectively will deny us any meaningful war for the forseeable future without either reneging on the deal, airstriking (an opportunity I feel has just passed us by) or turning our back on our alliance.

There is hope. Pacifica, Adriatica and Syndicate are alliances in the throes of death. Non-Allied nations deal a massive percentage of global damage. Something will have to give before too long and we're long overdue an alliance shift.

To make the game more interesting things like this need to be decided at a grassroot level. In an ideal world the top 5 parties should have 5 different ideas, or at least variations of an idea, to be relevant. Otherwise we might as well be one big fecking party.

Long has the notion been that 'those in powah' hold all of said power. This isn't true. Post-dictatorship and shackled by the burden of democracy, we may have people in the loop but ultimately the players hold much sway. This is why closed door politics has had such a negative effect recently.

Christ I'm going on aren't I? Puffery and over explanation but there is a reason. The game is no worse than it was, in my opinion it's better. What is worse and what players moan about is the apathy that is apparent as people hark on about the glory days of political rivalries and players like Dapper, BigAnt, Goku, Malice, IainTears, Kravenn. The break downs, the arguments, the fighting...ohh it brings a tear to my eye.

Anyway.

If elected I will declare an all out political war on TUP.





Mechanically the role of Party President is simple. Select candidates for congress and run a Country Presidential candidate. If there was a medal attached to the role I'm sure it would be a lot more significant in the minds of many as the role can decide the political agenda of the country for a month, a notion that only seems to spring to mind if there is a PTO afoot.

I will take the role seriously but don't expect me to be too serious if elected. Any war with TUP will be fought in good spirit.

Outside of the button clicking I'll maintain and improve party communication, I want to see more articles and activity from within the ranks. Every player will get a message a week prior to congress for example to hopefully stir up a bit of interest. Weekly articles, competitions etc etc and you'll get an opinionated PP.
