Charity President stepping down

Me, President SAR97 of the eUS Branch of the eSalvation Army will be stepping down as soon as the next president picked. The reason i'm stepping down is: 1. I feel like dictator being in control of everything, 2. feel it best if some one else ran it while I got it going global, and 3. I kind of felt let down I have do all the department work so I have decide let some else be president so I don't have foo it.
