Join the new world

So I've been thinking about this a bit lately and I've had a lot of fun running companies, being a bank and of course paying back loans but now I think I'd like to venture into the charitable sector of eRep. Without the likes of SCOTIA and other charitable foundations, eCanada would be a lot further back than it is now and I'd like to give back to the community that has been so great to me and others but I haven't quite figured out how.

I think I'd like to try and create something that is more business oriented as infrastructure, military and food organizations already exist and do a great job.

My only idea thus far is to give "grants" to new players looking to run first time businesses and help them along the way. By giving people 5-10-20 gold and/or CAD to start up that first business, they'd be well on their way to having a successful business career. There would of course be a vetting process that would have to take place so that people wouldn't take advantage. And there would also have to be a "business model" in place, or at least some sound logic behind the business idea.

That's the only idea I have so far and it's not earth shattering or ground breaking so my question to eCanadians is, what kind of charitable organization would best serve the business community? I'd like to keep this semi-serious so please no, "donate it to me" type replies.
