Well the West Indies tour of India have been started with a very slow batting by the guest team.West Indies won the toss in Kotla and elected to bat first which was not quite in the favor of them in the first session as the openers gave very slow start.The openers for the guest team was the youngest pair to pen batting for them,One was of 18 while other was of 21.The score was 25-0 when the 21 year old guy got out LBW on the ball of Ojha after dropping a catch.Now Kirk Edwards came on the crease but he reached to 15 runs when he gave the return catch to Ojha.Well in the 1st session the guests were on 69-2.After the second wicket,Darren Bravo came to the crease but a quick bowl from Ashwin went through to the gates and give the Ashwin his 1st wicket in test matches as he is on his debut but the 18 year old guy was still there along with the SHIVNARINE CHANDERPAUL.They both played very nicely and with patience and reached to 100 runs partnership making the Indian team tired but than a slow ball from Ojha turning away from Brathawite beats him and gives Dhoni a chance to stump him but the guy has completed his work as he hits 63 runs.


Now the score was 180-4 when Sammuels reached at the crease but he cant t\do much for the team as he got out on 15 runs.The man of the day 'Chanderpaul' was still there and made his century.After the day's play end the guests are on 256-5 in 91 overs.
