Background

I, CertaCito, am running as a candidate in the elections for Party President (PP) of the UKRP for the April/May 2010 Term, standing against the current vice PP, DarkMantle.

Of the two candidates, I am by far he most experienced, having served within Congress for a record breaking 25 terms of office. I also have a distinguished military record and own/run an prifitable commercial group within the eUK.

I have consistently been and continue to be active within the main game, on the eUK Forums, IRC and other modes of communication.

Selection and Maintenance of the Aim


The key to success within any organization is to clearly define the aim and then ensure that focus on the aim is maintained.


I define the aim of the UKRP as:

To be the dominant Politcal Party within the eUK


In order to do this we are going to have to make the party

- the most effective at recruiting and retaining members

- the best organized and well maintained voting machine ever seen in eUK

- mobilise and include ALL voting members of the party, not just a chosen handful of elite members

- encourage and grow new talent within the party to take on roles within its leadership and administration

- offer all of its members a sense of purpose, inclusivity and fun.


Intent

It is my intent to remain as PP for one term only, but to make that term both productive and memorable so that in the future the CC term will be remembered as one of the most noteable in the history of the UKRP.
