First of all, a happy Chinese New Year in advanced (it falls at 23 Jan 2012 btw; if you do not know).

Just reached a new military rank today, GOW so they called. Not much of a fancy or to be happy about as this will be the last military I can achieve. The damages required for the next rank is miraculously hard to achieve without wasting more money in the game. I would also like to take this opportunity here to thank my battle mates and friends. Without you guys, life will be very miserable in eRepublik.

To celebrate this occasion; I will be holding a mini raffle. I am not telling you what the prizes will be as they are dependent on how many votes this article will get. What I can tell you is, if your vote number carries a “29” or “23”, the prize you get will (if you win) times 1.1.

Rules
1. You are required to leave your vote number in the comment section.
2. Do not vote with your multi.
3. If someone shares the same vote number as you, prizes will be equally shared.
4. The raffle will be using http://www.random.org/ to generate the prize number which correspond to your vote number.

今天终于升了军阶。 我看也是最后一个军阶吧， 对于还剩下的军阶。。。 寥寥无几也没有这能力打。在此感谢我的战友和朋友。没有你们可能日子不好过啊。本来想一个vote派一点东东不过在于最近比较忙就搞一个抽奖活动来庆祝一下吧。

奖品是什么不告诉你。奖品也会由于V的个数变更。因为我的RL生日刚好和农历新年是同一天所以：
如果你的 vote 中奖号码里面有 “29” 或 “23” 的字眼奖金就 x1.1。
如果你是PLA或兔子团而且你中奖了，又刚巧你的MU 编号里面有里面有 “29” 或 “23” 的字眼奖金就 x1.2。
如果你的 vote 中奖号码里面有 “29” 或 “23” 的字眼又加上你的MU 编号里面有里面有 “29” 或 “23” 的字眼奖金就 x 1.3。

中奖条例
1.中奖者的comment必须留下vote 号码。
2.中奖者不可以是小号。吃饱没事做的我会举报你。
3.如果有两个人中奖者无独有偶的同一 vote号码，奖金各分一半。依此类推。
4.抽取中奖号码会用 http://www.random.org/ 。

要参加的请vote (i.e. V1 以此类推) 和subscribe 报纸。截止日期：周日 （15 Jan 2012） 晚上12点。(北京时间)
