CaptainCAPS Oregon congressional pitch on FORIEGN POLICY
CaptainCAPS
In the post ATLANTIS Eworld, Foriegn Policy holds the most potential to moving the U.S forward to the top in the Eworld. It is important to confront our enemies who sit on the top of PEACE, while coaxing and aiding all other nations not so solidy PEACE.
The newfound neutrality of the U.S can prove to be an amazing assest if the people in Congress and Executive work it correct. Now that we are untethered to ATLANTIS the people of the U.S can dictate more effectivly where they want to see the U.S move towards in Foriegn Policy. Also, we have more credibility with neutral nations and unenthusiastic members of PEACE.
The main things that should power our F.P is action, and not just kindly worded articles. The U.S is moving towards the right direction by freeing Greece and Israel, and forming the Flying Unicorns, a branch of the U.S.A.F completely dedicated to preventing PTOS. To gain more people on our side, we must vocally deploy the unicorns to stop PEACE PTO's to small nations. Harrison Richardson in his article "Why So Serious?" argued that we should use PTO's so we could unlock our potential, and that morality of not doing them is hurting us.
I will not argue against morality vs. U.S best interests, because U.S best interests should always be on top, but it is in the U.S's best interests to not use PTO's, so we may effectivly use our neutrality to gain goodwill across the world, and thwart peace with our honor. I am not against PTO'ing rabid peace nations, like hungary or indonesia, if the opportunity arose, but i think vote flying should focus on saving other nations.
Also to maximize international goodwill, the U.S should countinue its policy of freeing small defenseless nations that have potential to become usefull allies.
I believe one of my strong suits is Foriegn Policy, and I ask for the votes of all Oregonians, so that I may help guide our nation in the right direction. If any of you reading this have any concerns or comments, P.M me, or comment. Or both. 🙂
Vote for independance. Vote UIP

Solid article.
I do think our neutrality is a big unlocked beast. We're too big to be totally taken over in many ways. We have too many people, too many regions, and too much money, if you look at it. We're becoming a stronger and stronger army but we're not quite to the level of Romania, Hungary, or Indonesia. Will we be? Yeah, soon. However, we will never be as organized or unified as them. It's great but it also sucks. They totally disregard the political aspect of the game and play is just as warmongers. It's fun, but also unfulfilling. I'm caught between two minds as to whether a primary system would ruin this awesome game or it'd make it more fun because the US would murder everyone.
I do think we have to use PTO's, both offensive and defensive, to become a superpower in this world. The war module is shifting away from actual fighting to political warfare, for better or worse. The admins favor non-interventionism and let this truly be a social experiment, so I doubt we see change before a citizenship module some months away. For the time being, we're going to have to at least defend against PTO's, if not conduct them. I would jump at the chance to PTO the PTO'ers, like Romania did last election in Indonesia. To miss such a chance because of morality is wrong, imo, and a disservice to our nation. I will always push for offensive PTO's against aggressive and warmongering nations like Indonesia and Hungary.

To your last part, I would too. Thank you for commenting, I really do appreciate it.
Caps has shown a lot of talent & insight in the area of Foreign Affairs, something that I have struggled with (which is why I suggested the FA committee).
Voted! Nice job, bro!
Well done, great article. To be fair and honest to the rest of these countries, eUSA is just a good neutral country acting as it should, a successful prevention force. Turning that away and making us take a side would just cause problems and ruin most of the work the Congress and previous presidents have put forth.
If it sounds like I don't know what I'm talking about, excuse me, I haven't had the formal training of most people in politics. 😉
Voted as always, great job.
Bingo.
Very good stuff, this is the guy for Oregon!
A well thought out article. Voted.
Good luck in Oregon! Voted.
I love the campaign slogan, Captain. Keep up the good work. Vote for CaptainCAPS for Oregon on June 25th!
