Como sabemos, tenemos elecciones para capitán. Recuerde que la elección a Capitanes se celebra el día 15. Es libre todo el mundo de solicitar la candidatura. Además de gratis.
Los capitanes antiguos pueden solicitar también.

i am writing this article for members of F.A.C. military unit.

As we know, we have elections for captain. Remember the Captains election that is held in day 15th. It's free for everyone to apply for candidacy.
Old captains can apply as well.
