Candidature for congress

Within 3 days are there the Congressional elections. I would like to candidate again, if France don't conquer our country.
And so I would like to realize some ideas:

-A new training war with the Dutch. (maybe with other countries? too)
-Become again a neutral country.
-End the war with the French with a good end.
-Increase population by accepting more citizenship applications
-A united Belgium without any quarrels or disagreements between the parties
It's terrible now.
We want all a peacefull and organised country, don't we?
