Basta dar una mirada a nuestra situacion para entender que algo necesita ser hecho.

Saludos, camaradas!

En este articulo intentare epxlicar los motivos de que mi nombre este en la lista de Candidatos al Gobierno eBoliviano.

Durante os ultimos dias, algunas conversaciones, contactos y debates se realizaron, analizando la situacion actual del pais.

Leyendo la prensa nacional, todos habran notado que existe un elevado grado de crispacion y peleas internas que hacen de nuestro pais un blanco facil para quien decida atropellarnos.

No creo en mesianismo ni salvapatrias, creo que el pais necesita de forma urgente un cambio de direccion, porque estamos a la deriva, sin territorios e internamente fragmentados.

Luego de esperar la expresion de otros ciudadanos, y considerando que nadie mas se mostro en condiciones de hacerlo, es que mi nombre esta ahi, a su disposicion, para solicitar a los votantes eBolivianos el apoyo electoral necesario para poder legitimar con ello las acciones que deseamos emprender a nombre de nuestra eComunidad.

Ninguna receta es util si antes no se tiene un diagnostico acertado del paciente.... ningun pueblo conseguira su libertad si no demuestra que merece obtenerla.

Mi primera impresion es que debemos centrarnos en una reconstruccion del entramado nacional (demasiado crispado, ensuciado por algunas peleas y problemas de tipo personal).

Las areas de actuacion serian estas:


Politica Interna: Apaciguar las aguas, promover un espiritu de "cuerpo" o comunidad y concentrarnos en los problemas nacionales como un todo.


Politica Externa: Auditar la situacion boliviana en cuanto al Cuerpo Diplomatico actual, estatus diplomatico con paises de la region y en base al resultado definir una politica exterior util a los objetivos del pais,a ser definidos en reunion de Gabinete y abierto a la participacion del ciudadano. Personalmente promovere la posicion Neutral y Latinoamericanista que considero adecuada a nuestras condiciones y situacion.


Economia: Llevar el registro y control de las recaudaciones impositivas, las disponibilidades de recursos y en base a ello elaborar los programas economicos y sociales que podamos permitirnos y que permitan el fortalecimiento individual y colectivo del ciudadano eBoliviano.


Ejercito: La misma cosa, continuar la convergencia en una sola Unidad militar nacional, estrategias para el fortalecimiento militar individual y grupal.


Los objetivos los pongo amplios, porque especificarlos ocuparia demasiado espacio y se lo puede hacer mejor en los articulos que deban publicarse futuramente.


Mi rol seria de coordinacion, ya fui congresista y Presidente del pais anteriormente, entonces no es una arena nueva.

El haber estado ausente de la polarizacion del pais me permitira mayor facilidad para conseguir estos objetivos.

La estructura de Gobierno sera muy basica, simple, minimalista, compuesta por esas Areas de Trabajo ya citadas, compuesta por un Responsable (Ministro) y abierto a la participacion de los ciudadanos capaces, experimentados en cada area que deseen contribuir en la medida de sus posibilidades.

Seran asignadas tareas basicas, sencillas, pero alcanzables, y quien crea tener condiciones para hacerlo sera elegible a cada cargo.



Finalmente les pido una cosa:

Observemos, cada uno de nosotros, a nuestro alrededor y decidamos si estamos de acuerdo o no con la realidad que tenemos.

Just a look at our situation to understand that something needs to be done.

Greetings, comrades!

In this article I will try explain the reasons that my name is on the list of candidates to eBolivian Government.

During last days I had some conversations, contacts and discussions were conducted, analyzing the current situation of the country.

Reading the national press, all have noticed that there is a high degree of tension and infighting that make our country a easy target to anyone.

I do not believe in messianism, Ibelieve that the country urgently needs a change of direction, because we are adrift, without territories and internally fragmented.

After waiting the expression of other citizens, and considering that no one else is able to do so showed is that my name is there, at your disposal, asking the eBolivian voters his electoral support, necessary to legitimize the actions it we are calling on behalf of our eComunity.

No prior prescription is useful if you do not have an accurate diagnosis of the patient .... no people will get their freedom if not prove he deserves to get it.

My first impression is that we should focus on a reconstruction of the national network (too edgy, dirty for some fights and personal problems).

The areas of these would Starring:


Internal Policy: To calm the waters, to promote a spirit of "body" or community and focus on domestic issues as a whole.


Foreign Policy: Audit the Bolivian situation regarding the current Diplomatic Corps, diplomatic status with countries in the region and based on the results define a useful foreign policy aligned to objectives of the country, to be defined in reunion Cabinet and open to the participation of interested citizens. Personally I will promote the Neutral position and LatinAmericanism I consider appropriate to our conditions and situation.


Economy: Bring the registration and control of tax revenues, the availability of resources and on this basis develop the economic and social programs that we can afford and enable individual and collective empowerment of eBolivian citizens.


Army: Same thing, continuing convergence in a single national Military Unit, strategies for individual and group military buildup.

The broad objectives are put simple, would occupy too much space for specifying and can do better in articles to be published futurely.


My role will be focused on coordination, I became a Congressman and President of the country before, then it is not a new arena for me.

Having been absent from the polarization of the country more easily allow me to achieve these goals.

The governance structure will be very basic, simple, minimalist, consisting of those aforementioned Work Areas, consisting of a charge (Minister) and open to the participation of citizens capable, experienced in each area who wish to contribute to the extent of their possibilities.

They will be assigned basic, simple, but achievable tasks, and who have created conditions for doing so will be eligible for each position.
