Candidacy for Country President

Day 2,414, 07:32 Published in Ireland Ireland by Ian Arb

Hello Ireland,

Today I announce my candidacy for Country President of the Irish Republic. I feel it's time to put myself forward for the hot seat after playing this game for five years.

A little brief summary for those who are not aware of me. I was born in March 2009 when Theus Jackus was one of the youngest Country President in the e-world (aged 14). My first political party was the Irish Socialist Republican Party which was founded by high king of Ireland, Brian Boru on the 17th November 2010. It is now established as the The Labour Party after the invasion of the UK. Militarily, I joined many units such as the Irish Volunteers, Irish Defence Forces, Irish Army and now I rest in The Labour Army (Labour Party's army wing).

While I never held a high profile position in government I worked behind the scenes in the Irish Army in ensuring that our citizens were equipped and an organised fit on the battlefield. I’ve also worked behind many social schemes such as food, weapons and recently the training ground program. The positive about working quietly behind the scenes is you can avoid getting into political feuds which hampers your development. Our finance department does this very successfully and rightly so.

When running for President it’s not about the person’s achievements. It’s the person’s ability to assemble the best possible team and make decisive decisions with the assistance of your colleagues. Achievements can mean very little when it comes to leadership role as it is a different game altogether and requires a lot of confidence. I can ensure you that I have the confidence to carry out my tasks and deliver results.

I can promise to keep the ship sailing and discover more initiatives to boost activity in our community. However due to people going away on vacations this time of the year as evident in our media activity recently we may not see significance activity growth till August-September.

Stay posted as I will be producing more articles regarding my team and policies.

Cheers for reading and vote for Ian!
