Canada! It Is Time!
On August 5th the Battle of Ontario, a 30 hour gauntlet, was started. It was an attempt to wipe the Canadian Nation and Canadian pride, off the map.
In the weeks since, the French have used Ontario as a bargaining chip. First something they would keep for a while, and then return once they had finished using it for a princely sum. Then it became something to exchange Quebec for, playing into the juvenile misconception that France must have of us. Point of order, Paris: Speaking French is Canadian too.
They just didn't get it, of course....how could they understand that our land and our country wasn't just a bargaining chip to us?
In the beginning of real life Canada, Canada slow gained independence from its mother countries by a long process of treaties and acts of parliament. They squabbled among themselves of course, but we all know that we mattered to them just as much as we do now.
In eRepublik, France and the United Kingdom brutally attacked and oppressed Canadians in a vicious and genocidal war aimed at eliminating Canada for good.
Tonight, my fellow Canadians, we liberate Canada from the mother countries once again.
But, this time, we do it kilometer by kilometer, house by house, in bloody conquest.
Tonight, my fellow Canadians, you will have your revenge!

It has been my honor to fight to help liberate Nova Scotia, Alberta, and Quebec.
Tonight, my orders are to do anything and everything legal to liberate California, or I would be with you in Ontario.
Meanwhile, Spain is fighting to regain Madrid.
By this time tomorrow, the dust will have settled somewhat, and we'll have a better idea of whether the eWorld has changed, and to what extent.
It's been amazing to watch.
Americans of high rank are tanking in California.
Americans of lower rank are forgoing buying houses to turn in their "hard worker" medals to the military so high-level soldiers can tank.
Those of us in the middle are doing both-- we're fighting like h*ll, and donating what funds we have to the military.
I expect to be virtually bankrupt by tomorrow.
It'll be well worth it if California is recovered.
If not, I will still remain convinced that while I am e-poor again, I did the right thing.

I spent all of my savings on this war (2000+ CAD)! I make just enough money every work day to buy 5 Q1 guns, so I will keep on fighting it out. Yay Canada!

If you want the Kay fab reason: by taking our nation during the citizenship switch, many Canadians unwittingly became British or French citizenship. Worse, fallen greats and heroes of canadas past will now forever not have Canadian citizenship.

About RL issue you started... Canada is still part of the Commonwealth, and Quebec is fighting for independence from Canada since long time ago. Maybe speaking French is Canadian, but i doubt you can say that for Quebec too.
