California: Voting Record 1
Khaiyan
In line with my campaign promise, I present to you my voting record. Feel free to express your thoughts on my voting decisions so that I may better represent you when deciding on future proposals. Thank you.

Proposals:
Do you agree to transfer 99999 USD from the country accounts to Congressional Budget Office?
Yes - This transfer is a regular Congressional procedure. The Congressional Budget Office is responsible for the allocation of government funds to various sectors in our country such as our military, and our welfare programs.
President of Germany has proposed an alliance with USA
No - Germany was initially under hostile control due to a successful Hungary Political Take-Over (PTO). However some time into the proposal, Germany regained it's rightful majority in Congress after several Hungarians were banned. Nevertheless I voted no due to my strong belief that Germany should not be considered our ally. The President has acknowledged our neutrality with them, but that's as far as our relations go. An alliance will defeat the President's ruling and thus I voted no.
President of Malaysia has proposed an alliance with USA
Yes - Malaysia has long wanted an MPP with the eUSA since it will enable them to participate in the war games with us. Furthermore they have agreed to pay the fee needed for the MPP (on our behalf as well!). This act of generosity commands our utmost respect and they definitely deserve a position in our alliance.

Good article.

Thanks, it's good to see the reasons along with the voting record. Great job Congressman!
Always nice to see transparency!
Voted.
Voted and subscribed for the reason that Quanah pointed out. It is good to see why votes are going the way they are, especially the background info that you have provided.
Excellent work Thomas.
Thanks for all the compliments 🙂
I agree with these votes, but I have one question.
Regarding Malaysia, you mention our alliance. Did you mean our alliance of MPPs, or the alliance of the future being worked on?
Is there a place I can see all these MPPs we have, and how they're interconnected?
Thanks,
I hope that made sense.
a) Yes, I was referring to the MPP between the eUSA and Malaysia. No one voted against the MPP so now we are officially allied with Malaysia. Here is where you can view all the MPPs we have: http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/military/USA" target="_blank">http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/mili[..]/USA
b) By interconnected, do you mean how are all the MPPs unified? Well I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. Our allies will not necessarily be allied with one another. There's nothing stopping them from attacking each other.
Does that answer your question? Send me a PM if you are still confused 😛
Keeping the people informed is always good. Voted.
I agree with your voting, but I am wondering what your reason is for the strong belief in not allying with Germany?
Voted.
That answered it , thanks. I forget to scroll down.
Kent, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Germany it's just her instability which worries me. Germany has always been a volatile nation due to her habit of getting into fights (with Sweden as we've seen recently) and make herself at risk of PTOs. She is a weak and vulnerable nation, thus she deserves no place in our alliance.
That said, I do want to maintain neutrality with Germany. However as Scrabman our President put it, we can't be the world police..so if she is attacked, then there is little we can do. Some of her enemies are actually our allies and they have been very respectful towards us. Is it really worth protecting Germany at the cost of damaging relations with our stronger allies?
Fantastic work and tranparency, Mr. Congressman.
Ah, I was not aware of their past. That makes sense then. Keep up the good work then, and thanks for answering.
Love to see the transparency theory at work! I really like that you give solid reasons for your votes, shows a level of conviction most are not used to seeing. Keep up the good work! Voted-subscribed
Thank you Abayarde, Kent and Esme! I appreciate the support 🙂
