I hope someone with more linguistic skills than I can pick up on this and put out a translations. These are the notes for the Sunday Cabinent meeting. There were alot of ideas flying around, so if I missed something or missinterpreted it, I apologize:

Meeting 11/09/08
Present: Jack Roberts, Ealb, Guy Kilmore, Katran, Rody, Kuolon, Cavalanti, Nouveauk (Towards the end)

Restructuring the Government Owned Companies, selling underperforming Moving company, funds transferred to the Iron Bank

Transparency of government activities

Adding the IRC channel and eThailand Forums to greeting message

Military Structure:

Two Captains will be sought
Force is voluntary, no pay. Those that volunteer will be priority for receiving gifts/food/weapons

National Wellness Program:
Gift Military Personnel as a Priority
Gift, following the National Census List

National Census will be completed by Katran

Social Programs
NWP, will be run by Nouveauk
A contract will be posted detailing his responsibilities

Housing, Kuolon
Finding Purchases or Donations of homes for a lottery
Primarily Q1, Some Q2
Works with Census to determine citizens are active and are homeless

Lottery, informally being run by Beorn
Runs lottery funds
Transfers funds to Housing, to purchase houses
Works with Census to determine citizens are active and are homeless

Economy
The government will examine a loan program to eThai companies
Ealb and Guy Kilmore will look at the structuring of said loans, involving amounts, what the funds should be used for, application and contracts.

The Government Owned Companies:
Approximately 80 gold was transferred to the Iron Bank for future investment
Q2 Food company will stockpile food and release upon emergencies
Jack Roberts will continue to examining the effect these companies have on our economy

Misc.
Possible creation of a government ORG for citzen queries or response
Next meeting to be scheduled
