OMG ! Becker offered tickets to vote for him !!! I'm realy disappointed ! Huh ? Wait... Oh yeah I remember an other one who used bribery to get members in his party, and wich party ? Yeah, maybe the SLP did it also, and maybe the BSP, and all other party in all the eWorld did it.

Renouille there's one fundamental difference between Arschmann's distribution of weapons and the attempted bribery by Becker. Arschmann doesn't get any personal benefit from his actions. In fact it's contraproductive for him. You could just join, get the weapons and leave again. Plus you make Arschmann lose money leaving him with no benefit.
In the congress election on the other hand, Becker would've gotten a personal benefit (a vote), which you cannot take back after having received the bribe.
In short:
Arschmann: No benefit, no bribery
Becker: Benefit, tehrefore bribery
Arschmann doesn't need bribery, his Shaolins follow his order without thought of pay 😛
