Brainstorming Session - Win Gold!

Dear Ireland,

After being away for a few months due to RL issues it is time for me to become more active in the community again. In this spirit, I plan to conduct and publish a series of monthly performance evaluation polls.

Targets of these monthly performance evaluations will likely include (but are not limited to):

The CP
All head ministers
Congress
Parties
Private MUs.

Each government position or organization will be judged on their overall performance satisfaction, as well as performance in a number of specific domains that are important to their individual job description (e.g. communication, activity, strategy, openness, organization, etc.).





But this is all in the future. What I need from all of you right now is suggestions for the most important things that each government position or organization should be judged on. For example, what is the most important quality for a CP to have? What makes a party or MU good or bad?

As always, each citizen that takes the poll will be entered into a drawing for prizes of gold! Two runners-up will win one gold each, and one lucky citizen will win the grand prize of 3 gold. [Note: only current Irish citizens are eligible to win the prizes.]
