BNN - Intervija ar eLatvijas CP - Nameisis. (LV)

Kā Baltic News Network (BNN) preses direktors eLatvijā gribēju lūgt eLatvijas CP atbildēt uz dažiem jautājumiem, kuru mērķis ir iepazīstināt viņu ar pašmāju un kaimiņvalstu lasītājiem. Gribēju pateikties Nameisim, ka viņš atrada laiku un piekrita intrvijai.

Uzreiz ķersimies klāt jautājumiem:

1.Kādas ir lielākās iekšlietu problēmas valstī, ko un kā tu vēlies mainīt?

Iekšlietu problēmas var būt daudz un dažādas, taču gandrīz vienmēr šo problēmu sakne ir aktīvu un kompetentu kadru trūkums valstī. Tas ir saprotams - ne visi šai spēlei vēlas vai var atļauties veltīt pietiekami daudz laika, lai iedziļinātos, piemēram, ārpolitikas norisēs. Man kā prezidentam ir dota iespēja uzrunāt pēc iespējas vairāk aktīvo spēlētāju, lai valdības darbs būtu pēc iespējas ražīgāks un pēc iespējas lielāks skaits nepilnību un problēmu tiktu likvidēts, ko arī cenšos darīt.

1.1. Pie iekšlietu problēmām tu minēji neplnības un problēmas. Jautājums kādas ir šobrīd sāpīgākās problēmas kuras būtu jāatrisina. Tu arī minēji kompetentu kadru trūkumu, un ka tev kā CP ir iespēja uzrunāt aktīvos spēlētājus, ko tu vēlētos teikt, izmantojot šo izdevību? Vai tas ir aicinājums darboties cītīgāk, vairāk sadarboties?

Sāpīgākā problēma pēdējās dienās ir kongress, kas pašrocīgi mēģina pieteikt karu Baltkrievijai. Ja aptuveni 2/3 ievēlēto deputātu ne īsti saprot, kas notiek, ne arī ieklausās prezidenta un valdības skaidrojumos, tad domāju, ka tas ir visai labs pašreizējās eLatvijas kopienas (ne)organizētības un vidējā kompetences līmeņa rādītājs.

Nepilnības (ekonomisko reformu trūkums, pārāk neliela armija) ir labojamas, taču tas prasa pēc iespējas lielāku sabiedrības un kongresa iesaisti.

1.2. Tad tava nostāja ir pret NE pret Baltkrieviju? Respektīvi tu neatbalsti NE pasludināšanu? Nesenajā rakstā tu teici, es citēju, "..es jums varu apsolīt, ka NE līdz 1210. dienai tiks nodrošināts." Kā tas bija domāts? un/vai Pret ko tiks noslēgts NE tādā gadījumā?

NE ir jāsaskaņo. To nevar ierosināt uz dullo, kad un kā iegribas.

(Pēc jaunākajām ziņām NE prêt Baltkrieviju ir izgāzies – ar saskaņošanu vai bez. Tā vietā ir norunāts TW ar Igauniju, par ko liels paldies, jo pats jau izpilīju misiju un 5g jau kabatā)


2.Kādi ir tavi rīcības plāni un nostādnes arlietu jautājumos? Lasītājus interesētu tavs viedoklis - Vai būs manāmas kādas izmaiņas eIgauņu un eLatviešu saspīlētajās attiecībās. Vai ir kādas domas par sadarbību ar eLietuvu? Vai tiks veicinata sadarbība ar kaimiņvalstīm vai tiek plānotas citas sadarbības formas?

Visi plāni ir mainīgi un atkarīgi no situācijas. Vienu dienu tu plāno uzbrukt valstij A, bet otru dienu tu redzi, ka valsts B plāno uzbrukt tev un plānus ir nepieciešams mainīt. Baltijas jautājumā esmu noskaņots miermīlīgi, taču es nevaru atļauties nākt klajā ar skaļiem paziņojumiem, jo, kā jau teicu, ģeopolitiskais līdzsvars ir ļoti mainīgs.

Mūžīga mīlestība ir utopija, taču tas nenozīmē, ka mums vienam otru ir jāsit. 🙂 Uzskatu, ka no civilizētas sadarbības pašlaik iegūtu visas trīs Baltijas valstis.

2.1. Ārlietu jautājumos: Vai eLatvijai šobrīd draud kādas valsts B uzbrukums? Vai miermīligais noskaņojums Baltijas jautājumā nozīmē, ka netiek plānots iesaistīties karadarbībās ar eIgauniju?

Jā, eLatvijai ir iespējams kādas valsts B iebrukums. Miermīlīgais noskaņojums Baltijas jautājumā nozīmē, ka Latvijas-Igaunijas attiecību pašreizējā prioritāte ir attiecību uzlabošana un zaudēto līdzekļu atgūšana.

2.2 Un konkrēti agresoru B uz doto brīdi nevari nosaukt?

Agresoru B nevaru nosaukt.


3. Pasaulē viešas pārmaiņas. Vecās alianses sabrūk jaunas rodas (un sabrūk). Kur tu redzi mūsu valsti tuvākajā nākotnē? Vai eLatvija iestāsies kādā lievaru aliancē, Baltijas aliansē, būs neatkarīga, vai kāda cita iespēja?

Viss ir iespējams. Reālākais scenārijs, manuprāt, būtu pievienošanās EDEN, lai gan tas nepavisam nav akmenī kalts.

4.Arvien lielāku ievērību ir ieguvusi nesen uzsāktā spēlētāji pret adminiem revolūcija. Kā tu komentētu savu nostāju šajā jautājumā? Vai tu plānot to atbalstīt un izvirīties no jebkādiem militāriem pasākumiem vai nepievērst tai plašāku uzmanību?

Redzi, kopš jautājuma uzdošanas ir pagājušas vien pāris dienas, taču stāvoklis ir mainījies kardināli. Tēlaini izsakoties, adminu hunta ir publiski pakārusi revolucionārus ar jaunieviestajām misijām un pretošanās ir praktiski apspiesta.

4.1. Vai domā, ka pēc misiju izpildīšanas revolūcija atgūs spēkus? Vai tu to atbastītu, ja pastāvētu draudi, ka tevi nobanos?

Patiešām šaubos, ka revolūcija atgūs spēkus. Tam būs nepieciešams kāds jauns katalizators.

BNN - Interview with CP of eLatvia - Nameisis (EN)


As the press director of Baltic News Network (BNN), I wanted to ask our newly elected CP of eLatvia – Nameisis to answer some questions, which aim to introduce him to the home and neighborng readers.


On with the questions:

1.What are the largest problems in the country, regarding home affairs? What and how do you want to change?

Home affair problems can be many and varied, but almost always the root of theese problems is shortage of active and competent personnel in the country. This is understandable - not everyone in this game wants or can afford to devote enough time to cope with different aspects of the game, such as foreign affairs. As a president I have been given the opportunity to speak to as many active players as possible so that the efforts of government would be as productive as possible and largest possible number of issues could be removed, and that is what I am trying to do.

1.2. You mentioned issues. The question is – what are the most painful problems you are facing at the moment? You also mentioned the lack of competent personnel, as one of the most painful problems which should be solved. You said that as a CP you are given the opportunity to speak to as many active players as possible. Is there anything you would like to say to them using this opportunity? Do you want to urge them to work harder, to be more cooperatve?

For the last few days one of the most painful problems is the Congress, who by themselves are trying to declare war on Belarus. If about 2 / 3 of elected members do not really understand what is happening, nor are listening to the President and the Government, then I think that this shows just how well (un)organized current eLatvian community really is.

Weaknesses (lack of economic reform, small army) can be solved, but it requires the widest possible public and congressional involvement.

1.3. Then your position is against Belarus being proposed as NE? In a recent article you said, I quote, ".. I can promise you that until the day 1210th NE will be provided." How was that intended? And / or against who will it be announced then?

NE must be coordinated. It can not be proposed where and how we want to.

(According to the latest news NE against Belarus have failed -with or without coordination. TW with eEstonia is agreed instead)


2.What are your plans and policies regarding foreign affairs? Readers would be interested in your opinion - Will there be a noticeable change between eEstonian and eLatvian tense relations. Are there any thoughts on co-operation with eLithuania? Are there any plans on any other forms of cooperation?

All plans are variable and depend on the situation. One day you are planning to attack country A, and the next day you see that state B is planning to attack you, and plans need to changed. I tend to look at Baltic issue peacefully, but I can not afford to make any loud statements at the moment, because, as I said, the geopolitical balance is highly variable.

Eternal love is utopian, but it does not mean that we have to beat one antoher. 🙂 I believe that from civilized co-operations, all three Baltic countries ould only gain.

2.1. Questions regarding foreign affairs: Is eLatvia facing some kind of threat from some country B. And your peaceful mood regarding Baltic issue means there are no plans to engage in combat action with eEstonia (other than TW)?

Yes, eLatvia is facing possible invasion of a country B.

Peaceful mood of the Baltic issue means that the current priority in Latvian-Estonian relations is the improvement of relations and recovery of lost funds.

2.2. Could you tell us who aggressor B could be?

I can not name the aggressor at the moment.


3. The eWorld is currently undergoing big changes - old alliances have collapsed, the new ones are forming (and collapsing). Where do you see your country in the near future? One of the world alliances, Baltic alliance, neutral country, something else?

Everything is possible. More realistic scenario, I think, would be joining EDEN, although it is not set in stone.

4. Increasng attention has acquired the recently launched revolution - players against administrators. How do you comment your position on this issue? Do you plan to support it and avoid any military action or simply ignore it and not pay any attention?

You see, since the time you asked me this have passed only a couple of days, but the situation has changed drastically. Metaphorically speaking, the admins have publicaly hanged revolutionaries with missions and the resistance is effectively suppressed.

4.1. Do you think that after the mission execution the revolution will regain strength? Would you support it, if there would be a danger that you could be baned?

I Really doubt that the Revolution will regain its strength. This will require a new catalyst.
