As I stated before I will run for congress from one of the TOP5 parties. This article is a part of my campaign and is supposed to inform eBelarusians about who I am and what I stand for. I will also explain what I will do as a congressman.

My core beliefs are available in manifesto of Knights Templar (you can read it in Russian and English in my newspaper). However, I won't accomplish all of these statements as a single patriotic congressman in a congress full of traitors. But I can do a lot. I will be able to propose laws and vote them. I will watch what other congressmen do and inform eBelarusians about things which the traitorous government of Belarus is afraid to show us. In my newspaper I will analyse every single law proposal and I will write why I support it or why I don't support it. I will try to explain to eBelarusian why the government is traitorous and which decisions are against the interest of eBelarusians.

Taxes
They are way too high! The current tax structure is especially against young players.
Let's look at the current tax structure in eBelarus:

Food
Income tax: 5%
Import tax: 50%
VAT: 10%
and for example in eTaiwan food income tax is just 1% and VAT 8%.
So why do we have to pay so much?
Food shouldn't be taxed at all because most of those who buy and sell food are young players. The exception for this rule is of course the import tax which should remain at current level.

Weapons
Income tax: 5%
Import tax: 10%
VAT: 10%
and for example in eParaguay weapons income tax is just 3% and VAT 7%.
My proposal for eBelarus is:
Income tax: 3%
Import tax: 40%
VAT: 5%
There's no reason why the weapons taxes should be so high. But the import tax should be raised to prevent foreigners from exploiting our economy.

Raw materials
The current income tax is 5%. It should be reduced to 1%. The import tax for weapon raw materials should be raised immediately to at least 40%.

Alliances (MPP)
eBelarus is a member of EDEN and it can't changed in the near future. However, I strongly oppose alliances with countries which can't be trusted e.g. Turkey.

Support for new players and the citizen fee
The current citizen fee is 50 BYR. In my opinion it shouldn't be so big. Most of new players will stop playing after one day so there is no reason to waste so much money from the treasury. On the other hand, our country should spend more money on helping new players who want to play this game.

Citizenship requests
Contrary to popular belief, I'm not a PTOer. I won't give the eBelarusian citizenship to anyone, with the exception of situations in which the government will ask me to do so.
