Blaze Barley and Profit Sharing: How Much Can You Make?!

Day 1,085, 21:38 Published in USA USA by Heero Blaze

Well my friends, about a month ago, I bought a small farm in California. After working from job to job, I finally had control over my own financial destiny. At Blaze Barley, I chose to follow a Profit Sharing model and attracted a small number of employees. But I am always looking for great American farmers to thresh the barley. But I’m sure everyone is asking, “How much can I make at Blaze Barley?” Well on our most profitable week, one employee made nearly 200 USD! Other employees have made between 70-150 USD and our company has continued to grow. Here is a look at our October Profits:

Business thrives as Grain prices rise and workers join the company

As more employees joined, our company became more profitable, that’s normal. In our best week, we made over 600 USD and at Blaze Barley, 80% of Profits goes right back to the worker! So that is 480 USD for our employees. If you were responsible for 30% of the production that week, you would earn 144 USD! (Plus the regular salary of .80 USD/day). Right now, there is a job offer for 19.04 USD for a level 8 worker. After taxes, that is 102.62 USD a week, but that assumes you work every day. So what would you rather make? 148.34 USD or 102.62 USD?

Don’t be fooled about “high paying” jobs! The only job that pays well if a job where you’re effort counts! Miss a day of work? Not as significant in a Profit Sharing company. Rather than not making money, you simply make less money. Some money is better than none right? So long as you work as hard as you can, you will earn what you deserve!*

This farm is HOT!

*Profits are distributed on Monday every week. Employees who leave the company before the disbursement date will not receive their share. Profits are based on product sold. Any Grain not sold during a week is rolled over to a next and counts towards the following week's profits. Warning: Blaze Barley's farm is usually on fire, please remember to wear protective clothing at all times.
